Overview on MOL Group
It was a series of successful business transactions that transformed MOL from being merely a Hungarian company to becoming a leading international conglomerate, the MOL Group of today.
MOL is now more than just “Hungary’s oil company”, it is one of the largest corporations in Central Europe.
MOL Group comprises one of the leading Hungarian chemical companies, TVK, the Slovakian oil company Slovnaft, the Austrian retail and wholesale company Roth, and a strategic partnership with the Croatian company, INA.
In fact, TVK and Slovnaft have been fully integrated Group members since 2004.
MOL Group’s main objectives
The aim of MOL Group is to provide superior levels of shareholder return by fully exploiting its market potential, by implementing dynamic development and expansion strategies, and by achieving, where possible, further internal efficiency improvements.
