Cooperation with INA - An option to expand oil resources

INA has a valuable upstream portfolio. In terms of the domestic onshore operations the decades long geo-technical cooperation in the Drava Basin is currently turning to business partnership. International exploration projects started by the Croatian oil company may lead, at the same time, to expanded oil resources of MOL Group in Syria, Angola and Egypt.

INA is a good complement to MOL Group’s skill-pool and targeted exploration and production portfolio in several aspects:

• Combined portfolio would represent a more balanced distribution of risk.
• Strong complimentary operation in terms of geographic and project type coverage
• There is a chance to mitigate country risks together.
• Elaborate suggestions to utilize the synergies and realize the co-operation opportunities.
